Plenty of seatpost insertion. But if he over tightened the clamp, it could cause the same kind of stress riser.
There is a pretty popular pic of the exact same Easton carbon road bars that I run. Snapped at the sharp bend down to the drops. I never pay attention to these sites. But sunday afternoon, Hitting 60kph, down a long striaght decent. I could'nt get the fecking image out of my mind.
