Indonesians queue up for a Crocs footwear sale at a shopping mall in Jakarta . A man who bought 16 pairs of sandals said he had to stand in the line for two hours along with hundreds of people waiting for the sale fair to open. A company staff said they sold more than 12,000 pairs of footwear on opening day on Tuesday.
