It's got some nice parts on it that I reckon would fetch decent money. Condition looks a little tired in places though.
Can anybody (more knowledgeable than me) value this frameset?

Just split it. You haven't cleaned the frame before taking the pictures and due to the riserbar it doesn't look that "tracky". 1200 pounds is far too much. When you'd split it you maybe get that for it. It just takes a little more time..

Best bet is to close the thread in its present form as noone is talking about buying just talking about price in a negative way. Then dismantle the bike and clean every component very carefully and then take good pics of each item and then list them on here or Retrobike. Nice bike but as many have already said overpriced....my 2 cents.
frame Scapin with Cinelli lugs. 51 cm C-T. Italian. guess from 90s
all component are fitted perfectly. no seize part. full complete worth around 1500 pounds would take 1200 pounds i'm sure can make some profit from split. but need all go. for someone like to invest...
