The staff make such a massive difference. I willingly pay much more if people are friendly.
I love the staff in Bermondsey Street Coffee and the Aussie lady in Kaffeine is so nice, really genuine. She made a point of remembering my name and always stops for a chat.
I went to Prufrock for the first time yesterday and they too were really lovely. The coffee I had was exceptionally good (and no soya milk curdling), liked the airy, clean look and feel of the place. But best of all, they let you take free bunny rabbit stickers!
