  • Thanks for that guys, I sent them a message saying:

    "I would like to thank you for dispatching them at long last. But this is not the item I ordered, please could I have the bars I originally purchased."

    And if they do manage to ship the bars I want, I'll call it quits and will be cautious about using their website again. If they send me the bars I don't want, I'm going to ask for a refund unless they can get me the bars I want.

    Worst customer service I've had, I only used the website because I couldn't find the bars I wanted anywhere else.

    And they don't even have a telephone number? If anyone manages to get a phone number out of them please let me know, I'd rather discuss this over the phone to them.
