Is it me or is Scholes quite overrated (even at his peak)? Very good player of course, but I heard someone - ex-pro - on the radio say that there were 4 world class English Players in the last 50 years - Bobby Charlton, Jimmy Greaves, Paul Gascoigne and Paul Scholes. Surely that is bullshit?

Thierry Henry, who was unarguably one of the best of his generation, once said that all the Arsenal team rated Scholes as one of the best that they had played against.

Shame that he was useless in the heat, so never did as well as he could have at an international tournament.
