Thats a later 3 series with the later door trim and wheel trim instead of the steel wheels with centre cap. These were the earlier steel wheels plainted black instead of silver.

Also think its a base model as the trim round the door, rear window and windscreen are black. Which makes it either a 1.4 or 1.7.
