Brighton has LOADS of good coffee shops now. It's remarkable. There's still plenty of shit. But so many good ones. AND decent local roasters for a change - I walked past the station just now and bought a FW from a Goldstone(?) stall - really good, nice knowledgeable people and well prepared milk/pulled shot. They were saying they have a roastery and espresso bar here somewhere.
I also sat on the Hove seafront in the sun for a couple of hours yesterday with an ice cream.
