Carradice Saddlebags

I have this exact problem. 2 Bagman quick releases have lost their slider handles on me now. Currently I'm wondering how to repair this one. They're bloody expensive to break so easily! No name on my longflap incidentally. It's quite old.

those little pins are roll pins, easy to get from a car spares shop

A good garage or workshop will have a box of them under the counter all sorts of different sizes, and they should cost pennies
I think they are 3 mm. dia. having a look at mine I reckon it should be easy to tap the hole and put a little screw in place, although I bet Carradice will send you some new pins for nowt if you ask them. Mine are nice and tight, so no worries for me
