Epic fail

it showed a group of people out at a works dinner, all awkwardly sitting in science as one guy spouts racist clap-trap, as the camera pans round the table it shows the reason no-one is saying anything to stop him is because he's in a wheel chair.

It's quite an interesting point actually.
