btw the film I was alluding to was Lavender Hill Mob. It was partly filmed at Gunnersbury Park, and the smoke-damaged party shop from last summer's riots is on Lavender Hill.
For anyone still interested in the Acton tag, in Anglo-Saxon 'ac' is oak tree, 'tun' is farmstead/village/town. It is by John Aldus, the same artist who embedded the Foundling tokens on Marchmont Street, my very first tag :)
Whatever our views are on public realm improvements, at the very least I think the oak tree brightens up what was a pretty forlorn building. This was how it was before:
