Just ordered some bullhorns and grip tape from there on the 20th August, hasn't arrived. Paid £52 and they're not replying to emails, I'm not impressed.

it's weird, ordered a pair of wheels from them two weeks ago and they arrived within three days. Have emailed them since then twice for the Dodici framesets and nothing, no response whatsoever.

Well this is a joke. They sent me a message saying sorry, and "We upgraded your bars to Fyxation Rodeo Pursuits so you will be the first in the UK to have them."

Refund.
Which you're entitled to because:
a) they're not the ones you ordered even if they're "better"
b) their level of service is atrocious
c) this operation sounds like a right fucking cowboy outfit. Ask them if the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. -

Thanks for that guys, I sent them a message saying:
"I would like to thank you for dispatching them at long last. But this is not the item I ordered, please could I have the bars I originally purchased."
And if they do manage to ship the bars I want, I'll call it quits and will be cautious about using their website again. If they send me the bars I don't want, I'm going to ask for a refund unless they can get me the bars I want.
Worst customer service I've had, I only used the website because I couldn't find the bars I wanted anywhere else.
And they don't even have a telephone number? If anyone manages to get a phone number out of them please let me know, I'd rather discuss this over the phone to them.

It looks like they have to place an order in China first.
This is how I bought the lens - it took the company 8 days to "locate the stock", it says it's from Doncaster, but it's from Hong Kong.

Heh, at least they offered a refund. The bars I bought originally have now disappeared from the website.
Did a search for the bars again, came up with something weird...

I ordered a bike from them on the 22 of August and it is not here yet. They have not responded to multiple E-Mails. If anyone gets a hold of these guys let me know. If they can't even get a bike to me, I'm certainly dreading a return/refund process I won't my money back for months!

Bought a bike from these guys last tuesday... It arrived on thurs, unfortunately it was faulty so emailed them thursday evening and they responded in 3 mins asking for photos. since then i have heard nothing, despite sending them another email last night!
Very frustrating, the problem is very cheap to fix and i can do it myself but for me that isnt the point! A phone number would be brilliant if anyone has it?
