switching to rigid forks?
Seems a shame to re-purpose a nice mtb but at least it'll get used. Can look great if done well.

Yes. I m not using it as MTB. I m trying to do it properly, even if for the moment I m not completely sudisfy of the forks that I found (estetically speaking). I m going for rigid forks. The one that I have now are "exsausted". I m thinking if to move to a rise handlebars or a drop bars.
This are the tyre that I choose
and I was thinking to buy a Concor yellow

Italy, why?

In my opinion yellow doesn't go with beige. I would go with a black saddle.

DJ looking to your thread about your commuting bike (nice one, a lot) I realize that you know a lot of sources to find bike parts. I am looking for something rare now days. I need for the Grandis 1" threadless forks, suspension corrected (a-to-c is 425 mm), for 26 wheels, v-brakes ready.
For the moment, just to start to use the bike, I ordered an alu Exotic forks. Do you have any suggestions? Just if you have time. Thanks

You could use the opportunity to go threadless? Might be easier to find forks and a headset is pretty cheap.
What bars are they on your Brompton?
