Another bike it looks like I have to sell, my lovely Dawes.
Beautiful bike with epic paintwork and some great components. I love this bike but I have no real need for it sadly! It rides beautifully and is in great condition. There are a few scratched and chips in the paint but nothing too huge. There is also the tiniest of dings in the tt, it's 100% not structural and so small I couldn't get a pic of it but I want to be honest. No saddle as I'm keeping it :)
Frameset: Hand built 653 frame with really nice eye catching paintwork, its has a pearly look to it in the flesh (which matches the cables!)- tt ctc- 56cm, st ctc-59cm.
Groupset- full 600 sti groupset (2x8) chainset, bb, headset, brakeset, derailliers and seatpost. The right hand 600 shifter stopped shifting up (annoying as it's virtually mint) so I replaced it with a period correct 105 shifter. I will include the not working 600 shifter in the sale as well as the left hand 105 shifter in case you want to put that on to match.
Cockpit- cnielli bar (giro d'italia) and stem (1a?) in perfect conditon.
Wheelset- front mavic askium race- nice wheel. Rear- ultergra (6400) hub to open pro. I will also include another rear ultegra hub as the freewheel is starting to wear and the spare works fine but the hub is knackered.

I would like £350 for the complete bike with wheels of £300 without.
I won't be dropping the price and I don't want to post. If it doesn't sell I will find room to keep it as I really don't want to get rid of it anyway.
