Baker Street Bikes have been nothing but helpful for me in the past, including a few free bits on more than one occasion, throughly recommended.
Rayment St. Cycles repeatedly tried to sell me an Sram cassette tool, insisting it was what I needed, when I was hunting for a Campagnolo BB/lock ring tool, quite patronising and dismissive when I suggested it wasn't what I needed, especially considering that they were trying to sell me the wrong tool.
