The bar tape and seat don't deserve to be on that frame, bar and seat angle are out too, other than that i think it has good potential, the blue rims could work.

I agree. Replace the saddle / tape with black. Think all black Omniums like #10 would make a strong impact too. The frame is pretty bold and the chainset looks a bit wishy washy next to it.
