the old guy in Strudwicks off London road is always good for odd parts and the like, doesnt charge much and can usually sort you out with the odd cotter pin for a quid or so.
plus he has a proper bike shop, with tools and bike parts all over the place.
also chickens frame emporium for building/frame repairs etc
