Keep the wheels (because why not) but not the tyres. Keep the seatpost and the cranks. Keep the stem probably. Keep your pedals. I'd change everything else personally (risers, black saddle, big black chainring, no brak levers) but that's just from the perspective of how it looks. It's your bike so if it feels good then who cares.
