I have 4 modern solid oak chairs up for grabs. A couple of them could do with some carpentry skills to improve their strength. Basically, they were designed without leg struts, so there's a lot of pressure on the frame under the seat, more than the glue and dowel that currently holds it together can easily take. Some metal reinforcements will render them stable. I would fix them myself, but GF has bought some new chairs so these have to go.
I'd prefer to let them go as a job lot, so preference will be given for anyone who can take the lot.
