  • hahahaha!! thats exactly where i was going to take my picture! if it hasnt been taken by early next week il get it...

  • Hey Giles - I think I saw you on your bike yesterday (thurs) late afternoon at the traffic lights on the Old Steine - nice looking ride. What bars are you using, they look comfy!

    Cheers

  • That was me! Bars are on-one mungos, they're great but wide. Give a good drops style and hoods style hand position but a little cramped on the flats. Tempted to try the midge which is a little less sweepy. But yeah the mungo is dead comfy, although a lot wider than I'm used to through traffic!

  • London was 'ere (a couple of weeks ago, but I came back)

  • Nice work.

  • Ha! That'll be the tag for a while.

  • bastard! not only did I get rained on, but one of my toeclips gave up the ghost halfway up coldean lane, which meant not only did going up it suck, but on the way back down it decided to ship my foot out of it, resulting in me balance-biking all the way back down screaming like a school girl. was a fun ride though!

this one will either be too tough, or too easy, but i have a clue in the bank!

  • bastard!

    :)
If it's any consolation I fell over trying to trackstand facing downhill on Ditchling Road and a pretty girl laughed at me.

Nice one hauling that spok up there!

  • I stand corrected. Fair play Giles.

No idea where that new one is.

  • Damn you Giles

  • Tim, that's gotta hurt.

  • Looks like you got there earlier in the day than me as well! Wasn't banking on two people making that trip in the first evening!

  • Hahaha, Tim. For all my talk of snaking, you dun got snaked!

  • I so want to play but I have no idea where any of these are yet. I'm far to new to Brighton

  • Mines been a week now, so I'ma chuck a clue out there, you're in the right area if you consider a hillside golf club. Not too literally though..

  • Still no idea. I'm guessing Hollingbury-esque?

  • Oh shit, I know where it is!

    /onit

  • OMG I WANT TO PLAY BUT THIS IS TOO HARD. Clue? :(

  • I really do know where this is but it started raining before I went out last time and I'd forgotten about it until now. I'll go and get this one asap.

  • nope, I went to where I thought this was and it wasn't, if ye get me.

    So, another clue please?

It's on a hillside, but it's not actually a golf club, even though it shares a name with one. Not really bothered about giving it away now, bike tag isn't fun when noone can play!

    Come on fess up!

Hey Brian. The idea is you have to take a photo of your bike at the same place the last person did then you take a new photo and other people have to guess where it is and do the same and so on and so on.

ahh! that sounds like fun and very addictive! my bike is out of action right now but i'm looking to get social with riding and expand my cycling from just the commute.
