Can anyone tell me more about this brand?

As I said above I'm looking for a bike I can build for a winter hack to fit me (6ft 1') so I don't ruin my gears on my ti bike.

Looks expensive to me: I'd be surprised if it goes at that price (even with duplicate adverts), I'd think £150 is a good price but what do I know?
