Lance was planning to run for President. Intending to win the Democrat ticket either after the next US election on the assumption the Republican's win, or if Obama's does in fact get re-elected later this year, to run for President in another 5 years time.
The Republicans don't want another non-native American as President and so the Powers That Be want to make sure Lance is thoroughly discredited, so he can't run for President.
Can anyone come up with a better conspiracy?
Lance believes in the 11th Commandment; Thou Shalt Not Get Caught. We all believe in this commandment by degrees, so who am I to argue?
