Wanted: Beaterish single speed wheelset.

I need a beater wheel set for a bike im building for my cousin who has just started at uni.
sealed bearings preferred but if not let me know what you got please.

I have a SS wheelset available. Dunno if it qualifies as "beaterish" though.
IIRC, the front wheel is Tiagra hub (black) + generic/no name rim (black). In decent nick.
Rear wheel is the jewel of the crown: handbuilt from new by chap from Condor Cycles, new Goldtec Factory Raw track hub (126mm) + new Mavic Open Pro silver rim.
I may have some pictures somewhere if required.
£100 for the set?

I have a singlespeed wheelset you can have for £35. Black semi-v with silver braking surfaces and Quando hubs I think. May need a tiny bit of trueing but will be very usable after a little service - they have tyres too.

I'm also in need of a beater wheelset. Will need to have braking surfaces for single speed use. Are any of these sets offered still available?.... It's for my commuter, so the cheaper, the better!
