Bike build - Opinions/Suggestions needed

Hello all,

My plan for a while has been to build a bike from scratch but as I'm a total novice I thought before I commit to purchasing these parts I'd post them here and see if anyone had any suggestions/opinions on this setup.

I'm planning to keep it freewheel with a flip/flop hub incase I end up on the track but this'll mainly be used for commuting and the odd long distant ride.

I've never built a bike before so any help/links/suggestions would be very welcome!
