Epic fail

That point is just describing her personal disliking of white people, she is not declaring that white people are stupid or any other demeaning qualities. More that she is personally fed up with white people. this would make her racist, sure, because she blanketly dislikes white people. But not outwardly racist of offensive. (at least not to my ears)

In terms of generic racial slurs like "paki" - it is so offensive because it has strong connotations to the not so distant past of skinhead boot boys stomping peoples heads. Same goes for the ones used for black people, but for them it has the additional subtext of the slave trade.

This is completely absurd. So it's only racist to hate races that have recently been victimised? That's total rubbish, it's racist to hate people on the basis of their race - it doesn't matter which race you hate. So, say for the sake of argument, that South Americans have never been targeted or victimised because of their race in the UK. So if I went around shouting at South American people on buses 'I can't stand all you fucking Latino cunts', that wouldn't be 'outwardly racist or offensive'? That's fucking ridiculous.

Hating a race of people is racist. If you express that in public then you've said something racist. Racism is offensive, especially if you're screaming at people who are the target of your racism and calling them cunts, so anything racist you say in public is racist and offensive.
