In 10 yrs of cycling around London and being subjected to all sorts of crap & abuse from motorists, I have never seen anything quite like this!
The bike was either matte black or dark matte gray & was either a fixie/single speed. The cyclist was white, short dark hair, slim, probably 30s. Not great descriptions I'm afraid but I was driving.
When I drove past the same spot the following day, I had a look at where any cameras were pointing & could not see one that would have covered that spot - typically!
There were quite a few pedestrians around, so perhaps he has heaps of witnesses already as it all happened just as the lights turned green...
