Olympics 2012 track cycling

The problem with a lot of these scenarios is that those watching the BBC coverage didn't always get a full replay. There was a clip which showed (what looked like) Perko riding up the inside of canalon who appeared to be nicely minding his own business in the lane. They failed to show the seconds leading up where Perkins was actually the one in the lane 1st.
So if you missed the real time match you may not have seen this at all until the highlights later. Same with the Meares/Pendleton ride 1 in final.

There will be tandem riding. Considering they travel < 70kph on training rides on the road this should be pretty mental.
