I like the Ortliebs in general, not too fussy, well made, and you can buy spares. When I did the JOGLE last year I used carrier bags to break down the kit into sensible groups as my panniers had just an internal pocket on the rear face,.
Also, I suspect black will look smarter for a lot longer than white.
