Foffa Bikes

I bought one 3 years ago which was some old frame with new parts from a guy in a flat.

After a while I realised the brake calipers at the back didn't actually touch the wheel, but other than that it was ok (although I had to repaint the frame with hammerite).

Is there any way to work out what the frame is?
