Wanted: Lugged Steel Frame and forks 56cm OR >

Looking to build first fixie/single speed bike and want a nice steel frame under £200

Need the frame to be a reasonable price really ideally with quite tight clearances ideally including headset too but not essential.

Also I would like the ability to have front and back caliper brakes.

I've got this Holdsworth frame with some chrome forks, it's got 2 small dents on the downtube.
