The auctioneers in Leyton who sell off the stolen bikes recovered by police and never claimed- Frank G Bowen? The deal used to be turn up every other Thursday (they publish the catalogue on their website in advance) and you can pick up 3 shit MTBs for £10 and the occasional nicer frame or bike for a bit more- they always need some TLC. Haven't been for over 2 years though so things might have changed.
