I think you could build something much nicer by looking through the classifieds here for second hand better parts. If everything you're buying is brand new, you'll be able to get parts twice as good as those for the same money second hand.
Handlebars are a good choice, everything is fairly generic. Also, I proper lol'd at Espresso being described as 'italian design', so thanks for that!
