Wow!

Fuck that's expensive for a conversion..
I could buy a fuji track pro for that price on eBay. -

What part of this makes it worth £400?

would like the frame if you split, depending on price

Well, I brought the wheelset for £120, handlebars and stem for £45 and the frame for £160... Plus all the other little bits that are needed, on top of a good number of hours working on it. All original components have been completely dissembled and reconstructed.
Frame dibs to Linuxpirates if splitting. -

I don't really like commenting on the prices of used bits, but bicycles are very rarely worth more than the sum of their parts. Your labour doesn't add to the value of the bike, either - say you bought a car for £500, then later the brakes needed doing for the MOT and it cost £200 - the car isn't then worth £700!
The cost of the components when new is not particularly relevant - if you've installed them, then they're used. And if the frame is worth £160 alone, you need to put up some details about it. My frame is 531c throughout and from a well-regarded manufacturer, with a very handsome paint scheme, and I would say it's only worth about £100. Who made it and what's it made from?
Finishing it off with mis-matched and cheap components (bottom-end Weinmann centrepulls and levers, tube-type seatposts and flat pedals are literally worthless) only detracts from the value of the bike, rather than adding to it.
If you want to get the best price for it, split it and sell the parts - or make it look pretty (half-decent secondhand seatpost/pedals, matching cables, and get some bar tape) and put it on ebay for £250.

It's Lankemo's bike, so let Lankemo make his own price. He'll see soon enough if people are willing to pay the amount he's asking, IMO

And I was just thinking the Forum hasn't had a comedy thread for a while...

Your concerns have been heeded, I have dropped the price and included more info about the frame and bike...
FYI I was using Keo Look pedals on it... but thought it would be more sensible to sell with flats. -

I don't think that is a realistic figure. You would probably get nearer if you split.
To give you an idea, I recently sold a build based on a charge plug racer built with quality branded items throughout for £220.
I am not trying to flame your thread just trying to be helpful.
