Im getting a bit lost in this one, have Lance and Co. even seen any of the evidence to date? or just the list of charges?
Can't wait to see some of the stuff that is released and which riders are giving evidence.
I have no doubt Lance doped along with a very high percentage of the pro peloton at the time but i do agree the USADA process is pretty poor and one sided and it certainly doesn’t encourage people to participate. You need to actually get them into court before you can give them a grilling in public... I think the USADA missed the boat on this one.

I'm all about retrospective awards to 12th place finishers. serious. Fair's fair, any cunt that got popped for doping in the interim can just suck it as the prize money gets grabbed back and given to the poor fucker who got robbed of the victories and is probably now working as a taxi driver or cafe owner in Nantes.
Right, 1999...
Van de Wouwer. Stand up, come and collect your medal. You came 11th and you've got a funny name. And you're Belgian. Great. Here you are.... How does it feel to be winner of the 1999 Tour de France? We've got the same podium girls here... Oh. Well Stephanie lost a leg 3 years ago and Sylvie's had 3 kids and 9 boob jobs. still... And the champagne... 1999 vintage. Oh it's corked, never mind. Here's the cheque... what do you mean is that all? Have you never heard of inflation? It's not my fault the banks took the piss. Well it will buy you a new fiat punto, don't be so ungrateful. The Advertising contracts? Yes, of course-there's a new brand of incontinence pads for men that are hunting around for a new brand ambassador? No, well how about Admiral life insurance? Go Compare? No. Well if you're going to be like that there's not much i can do. No, Trek are aparently leaving cycling. So are Nike. Nissan? No. Look, just take the cash and piss off...
This should have a wider audience - brilliant!

The process was designed by Lance Armstrong's agent Bill Stapleton when he was head of US Olympics so LA didn't have to look very far for who to blame if he didn't like it.
An arbitration is not a court case so constitutional rights and discovery etc. do not apply.

I am going to use the Lance defence for my parking tickets and see if it works.
'Hi, Hackney council, yes it's about the tickets you gave me... No, I won't be paying. No. I might have been parked in Hackney but my car is registered in Bratislava. Only bratislava has the right to issue me with a ticket. I'm sick of arguing about this. you're disgusting-why do you persecute me like this? You're just jealous I have access to cheap dumplings and as much cabbage as I can eat. All your accusations are baseless and motivated by spite. That parking warden hates me because I pumped his doris in the arris. I did, I have the photos to prove it. What do you mean? Look for the last time, if Bratislava don't tell me to pay up i'm not doing it. Speak to them-they told me they don't know who you are or why you're after me either. i'm tired arguing. it costs too much to phone you. If you contact me about this again I'll pay lots of lawyers to sue you. i promise. Ok, bye then. I'm still the best ever. Ta.''
On the one hand I am glad Lance is finally being shown up as the cunt he is - on the other hand I feel a strange sadness at the mess that is less behind exemplified by the fact there is no one who can really lay claim to his now vacated victories because they are all tarred by the same brush - his dominance of the TDF was on of my favourite periods of racing because go the battles that where fought, and how much I enjoyed the races in those years.
A line needs to be drawn now, but god knows where or when - he was the best of a bad bunch.
