I don't really like commenting on the prices of used bits, but bicycles are very rarely worth more than the sum of their parts. Your labour doesn't add to the value of the bike, either - say you bought a car for £500, then later the brakes needed doing for the MOT and it cost £200 - the car isn't then worth £700!
The cost of the components when new is not particularly relevant - if you've installed them, then they're used. And if the frame is worth £160 alone, you need to put up some details about it. My frame is 531c throughout and from a well-regarded manufacturer, with a very handsome paint scheme, and I would say it's only worth about £100. Who made it and what's it made from?
Finishing it off with mis-matched and cheap components (bottom-end Weinmann centrepulls and levers, tube-type seatposts and flat pedals are literally worthless) only detracts from the value of the bike, rather than adding to it.
If you want to get the best price for it, split it and sell the parts - or make it look pretty (half-decent secondhand seatpost/pedals, matching cables, and get some bar tape) and put it on ebay for £250.
