Wanted: Small cheap road bike

I'm on the look out for a small ideally 52cm road bike for my GF as she wants to start riding, the more vintage looking the better in her eyes. Preferably not a step through bike as she will be using it to cut down her train journeys.

The budget is no more £190 but she would rather spend around £150.

She's Brighton based so anything in London or Brighton would be considered.
