Having just taken apart, and had my headset apart to grease, the bearings that sit below my handlebars case was broke.
After the fun of picking them all up and putting them in the bin, I'm now looking for a new bearing/casing thing.
It's a 1 1/8 unsealed headset.
If anyone has a decent new headset going cheap, I'd consider that too, although I'm pretty poor (but always after a bargain, which is probably why I am poor).
