I thought here would be as good a place as any to vent my HTC related woes.
flashed my phone to 4.0 last night (HTC Sensation) anyone on here had to do it?
after pissing around trying to unlock my bootloader with a piece of wire, tapping it in certain timed intervals in a certain pattern in certain points on the back of the phone. I shit you not.
as per these instructions:

compared to a freinds SII, this was rocket science.
got there in the end and loving the new cyanogen, but christ was that difficult.
