FYI I have almost finished this collection, and my favourite character is Scorcher. He is fucking hilarious. He reminds me of a friend of mine who once told me an epic story about working in a 999 call centre when he was 15, and who was given amphetamines by the managers (along with all the other call centre workers) to keep them awake on the night shifts. Scorcher is much funnier, though. You've got to have at least a couple more Scorcher stories in you, Luci, surely?
