This is my healthy snack, thought I'd share it to offset the amount of steak and meat on this thread. Toasted pitta, hummus, salad leaves, cucumber, grated carrot, balsamic vinegar with seeds and a blob of hummus on top to garnish. It fills a corner without being too heavy.
