  • 7.5mm radius. For my little legs anyway.

  • 75mm?

  • Nope.

  • Foam?

  • At the mouth?

  • Rabid Dog on Mott St - Urges you on before the first ramp

  • Narrow bars and shorter stem so I'm not stretched as much.

Learning to corner, although I'm still learning - little hint for people doing this that can freewheel, I find I can corner quicker in flats, taught me a lot, maybe worth a go for anyone trying to increase their cornering speed

  • I'm better when in bungalows.

    :)

  • I just got a new pair of bib shorts - nice Mavic ones to replace some crap old 1990s Nalini ones I bought off Ebay with a little patch of flannel for padding.

I expected it to make a noticeable difference, but wow - no more numbness, no more constantly worrying about it being a saddle position issue that was killing off my little future tommmmmmmms.

Stepped off the bike after a 50-mile fixed ride on Wednesday still feeling fresh as a daisy.

  • Added a stem extender on the SS which made me more upright. First ride this morning and I noticed I had a slight bend in the elbow and no stiff neck. I am one happy titch.

  • Raising my saddle by 8mm - vastly reduced knee pain, so I can now do 100 mile rides. I was pleased.

  • Using good quality cables and housing. Besides keeping tyres properly inflated this must be the best improvement regarding cost.
