Freecycle: Old frame with front carrier

I think this may be an old Post Office bike. I was going to get wheels and get it going but its just taking up space now... Its got horizontal track-style drops and is a muscular beast. Everything else was trashed/binned before I got it. Please take it away and do something nice with it.

I have provisionally arranged collection but if you have nice plans for it then please take it- I will do nice things to it but no time soon as I have just been offered a great trailer... so - 1st dibs yours, 2nd with me..

Thats very kind, well I dont have grand plans of renovation but i do have all the parts spare to have it on the road and a bit of time at the moment. If you would like it though you are very welcome to it, the other occupants of my house will groan if i bring another bike in... Let me know, im not too far away.
