I've found that three weeks of working at a warehouse has helped immensely with weight loss, just constantly walking around and carrying things and being on my feet for 8 hours a day as well as only having two sandwiches and apple for lunch proved to be much more effective than the odd hour of cycling.
And yet. I've lost 3.6kg since January and yet the whole reason I started is because of this little pouch of podge on my belly which I thought some light dieting would eliminate eventually. Three sugar bags worth of weight later and it's still there! What can I do?
