Oxford Cycle Workshop used to do free pump ups in the street on a Monday morning, you see alot of people riding around with rediculously low pressures in their tyres and not everyone who uses a bike has their own pump or basic tools. If these pumps are tough enough to survive London's streets then I think they're a good idea. Are there plans to install them in other cities too?
