What exactly is the point of this?, i think i'm missing it. Am i to assume people go cycling with flats and cycle to this street pump to pump up their tyres? Or is it in case you get a puncture, repair the puncture only to find out you forgot your pump (which i think is quite unlikely if you didn't forget to bring a spare inner tube or puncture kit)
