Dead cameraman?
Those things are like spears.
With a tungsten reinforced skull.
Oh wait, potato?

Watched gannets diving every evening when on holiday in Portugal last summer. Even from a distance so they're little more than white dots they dive so fast they appear to have been sucked into the sea as if by a vacuum or an electro-magnet. You can't believe that gravity alone could be responsible for that acceleration. Mesmerising.

I'm not seeing that one, Spotter. :(

We get Gannets on the cliffs at Bempton, East Yorkshire. First time I saw one I started cry-laughing - pathetic, I know, but it was that spectacular. I was like triple rainbow guy. They are genuinely the most graceful thing I've ever seen, and the name 'gannet' just doesn't do them any justice at all.

Ishinomaki port, Miyagi prefecture, Japan - Boats rest on a pier at Ishinomaki port, in Miyagi prefecture, on 15 April, more than a month after a tsunami devastated large areas of northeastern Japan. Ishinomaki was one of the most seriously affected cities in the region, hit by several waves of up to 10 meters high. All Japan’s harbors were closed briefly after the tsunami; those in the disaster zone reopened to limited shipping traffic only at the end of March.

Local policemen recently destroyed some 1,000 confiscated gambling machines in Shunqing District of Nanchong City, China.
Does anyone have a hi res version?

It certainly looks like it was taken in the age of Aquarius

Hi guys, thanks for all the comments.
I've posted in the another thread but will repost here.
We (Cyclehoop) installed the pump for Hackney council, and there are others dotted around London.
The ones in Hackney are the 2nd generation pumps - I designed the original one over a year ago and they were installed in Lambeth and City of London. The new ones are experiencing some teething issues and we will be upgrading some parts this week (internal connections kept popping and we will change the external valve - we currently use the topeak smarthead and this will be changed to a standard two hole valve connector)
Hackney is a great place to trial it as it will encounter heavy use / abuse.
We've also created a map which you can access on your iphone via a QR tag on each pump http://www.cyclehoop.com/publicbikepump
Any feedback welcome, email info@cyclehoop.com or msg me.
Cheers
Anthony

I don't know about that, I've seen more than a dozen cross processed photos of the tube train.
Nice? yeah, but nothing special TBH.
