Well massive thanks-it's one of these things that if you are in pain you'll freak out and spunk a huge load of cash on anyone who'll put their tackle in your mouth to sort it out (to put it in a weird sexually allusive way).
Bar the hospital there seem to be very few dentists that will do emergency/walk in appointments which isn't much use if your tooth is half off and exposing raw nerve which leaves people with nowhere to go but the £200 to rinse your mouth out crew...
