Would need to distinguish between drivers using phones and cyclists conducting a perfectly legal telephone conversation whilst cycling at a relatively high speed.
*this post has nothing to do with what is safe only what is legal so please fuck the fuckety fuck off should you want to draw my attention to the wisdom of using a phone whilst cycling. I am merely trying to avoid having my hand and ear blown off by a device aimed at maiming motor vehicle drivers.
