Cool, patch is sewn on to outer fabric layer, waterproof backing layer is untouched.

Pic of the bit o' fluff. I thought it was the base material but its just some threads from the corner stitching that have frayed. The stitching itself is still locked in tight, the frayed parts are just the extra that's tucked under. Could snip it off with scissors and bag will look nearly new!
