I usually see around 5 a day, It really bugs me. It's been illegal for years yet people still do it, its usually older drivers who were driving before the law change I've noticed. I've seen a driver driver straight through a red light and hit a pedestrian before, later saw her arrested and was informed by a passer by that she was on the phone and missed the red light. Scary!
